When new broker requests a new profile to be created for him/her, the right-hand formis filled out and the request is sent to a manager at Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE. There two validaton scripts, one written in Javascript, the other one in PHP, to make sure that all required fileds were flled out and all information is correct.

The request sent to the manager consist of activation link, and if the request is legit the manager simply activates new broker. In that instance a new folder is created dynamically on the server with broker's full name (being stripped of commas, dots or apostrophies). Inside the folder an index file is created, too, holding the database connection information.

Once the broker is logged in s/he can add/edit his personal information, add images and then enable his Profile page that could be used as his/her personal domain name for the Clients. Using this tool, a broker can also put his clients to Ritz-Carlton's interest list himself.
